ingredients

  • 1 pack rolled out Puff Pastry
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 200 gram diced Cooked Ham
  • chopped Herbs, like Chives or Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Chili

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the cream cheese with the ham and herbs and season well.

  • Step 2

    Spread it onto the puff pastry. Then roll up the long sides from both sides so they meet in the middle.

  • Step 3

    Wrap with cling-foil and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Then cut 5 mm slices and put them onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely.

  • Step 5

    Stored in a container in the fridge you can keep them up to 3-5 days, but they are best eaten immediately!
