ingredients
- 500 grams grated Zucchini
- Gluten-free Universal Flour
- Salt
- Chili
- chopped Herbs to taste
Method
Step 1
Grate the zucchini or puree them and squish all excess water from them.
Step 2
Season well and add the chopped herbs. Then add and knead in as much flour until the dough is not sticky anymore.
Step 3
Fill into a piping bag, cut the tip off and cut small pieces directly into salted boiling water.
Step 4
When the gnocchi float they are done. Drain them and either fry them in some butter or mix them with a sauce.
