ingredients

  • 600 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Indian Curry Paste
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and season well. Heat the oil in a wide pan and fry the chicken breast stripes on both sides.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile pour the coconut milk in a deep pan and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and add the curry paste, mix well.

  • Step 3

    Pour the curry soup into cups or plates.

  • Step 4

    Stick the chicken stripes onto skewers and put them over the cup or plate. Serve immediately.
