ingredients

  • 500 milliliter Beef Broth
  • 1 handfull Sugar Snaps
  • 1 handfull Kernel Corn
  • 2 chopped Spring-onion
  • 1 handfull Baby Pack Choy
  • some Celery Leaves
  • 6 Hot Pot Beef
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 block Quick Noodles

Method

  • Step 1

    Clean all the vegetables and cut the baby pack choi into single leaves. Cut the leaves from the celery sticks. Clean the sugar snaps. (you could also add mushrooms)

  • Step 2

    Cut the noodle block in two and put each one into a big soup bowl. Add 3 tbsp of kernel corn and add 3 slices of the beef to each bowl.

  • Step 3

    Bring the broth to a boil. Add the sugar snaps, pack choi leaves and celery leaves. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with the oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce, sprinkle the chopped spring-onion on top.

  • Step 4

    Then pour this soup over the meat and noodles. The meat will get cooked this way! Serve it with sesame oil, chopped chilies in oil or any other spicy sauce.
