ingredients

  • 4 cubed Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 100 ml Broth
  • 200 Natural Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 50 g ground Almond
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 100 g Natural Yogurt

Method

  • Step 1

    Puree the ingredients of the marinade. (From Tomato Paste down)

  • Step 2

    Marinate the chicken with it, at least 60 minutes, but preferably overnight.

  • Step 3

    Melt the oil and butter in a heavy saucepan and sauté the chopped onion. Add the chicken with all the marinade and fry well.

  • Step 4

    Pour in the stock and mix well. Let it boil down briefly, then add the yogurt (reduce the heat considerably and add it slowly.) and simmer for about 10 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Then heat up again slowly. Serve with basmati rice!
