ingredients
- 500 g Brussels Sprouts
- 100 g Bacon Bits
- 20 g Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 20 ml Whipping Cream
- 10 g grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
Step 1
Wash the Brussels sprouts and make a cut into the stem. Cook them in salted water for 4 minutes, then drain them.
Step 2
Fry the bacon and garlic in a wide pan, then add the butter and the Brussels sprouts. Season very well.
Step 3
Now add the whipping cream and let cook for 2 minutes. Pour them into a greased gratin dish.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes and serve.
