This creamy avocado cilantro dressing has been the star of my salads all week🤩 so creamy and fresh with a pop of lemon juice and garlic👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Do it: in a blender combine- 1 large pitted and peeled avocado, 1/4 c water, 1/4 c olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, juice of 1 small lemon, 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, 3/4 cup cilantro. These paleo gluten free cookies are sweetened with coconut sugar. Grain free, flourless, and dairy free. Combine- 1 cup drippy smooth nut butter of choice 1 cup coconut sugar 2 large eggs room temperature 1 teaspoon baking soda Then stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chunks. . Use a small ice-cream scoop and make 15 cookie balls. Bake on 350F for 10-12 minutes, then let them cool before serving. This morning looks like snowy travels, chia pudding, and making sure my plant babies get a shower before heading out of town???? i have been making tubs (YES, tubs- like yogurt container tubs) of chia pudding for my breakfasts... can’t get enough! It’s so easy for on the go or mornings when you don’t want to cook????‍♀️ I love sweetening my chia pudding with this homemade date sauce- it’s easy, healthy, and tastes ????????????????????????Blend for 5 minutes in a food processor or blender until smooth 1 cup pitted soft medjool dates, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Cream Of Mushroom Casserole!😋🤤 Made with cauliflower rice, herbed mushrooms, and a creamy white sauce😍 All dairy free🙌🏼🙌🏼 Make it: layer into a 8” casserole pan- 4 c cauli rice, 1 c basil, 8 oz crimini mushrooms then add 1 small red onion + 3 cloves garlic sautéed. Sauce- combine in a sauce pan over the stove and bring to a boil then reduce to simmer and continue to whisk (or use hand immersion blender!!) until thick and creamy- 1 can full fat coconut milk, 1 c chicken broth, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 teaspoon garlic. one egg whisked and 1/4 cup tapioca flour.
