ingredients
- 3 cups cut into wedges Potatoes
- 1/2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons powdered Black Pepper
- 1/2 teapsoons optional Mixed Herbs
- 1/4 teaspoons optional Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons optional Paprika
- 1 teaspoons Salt
Method
Step 1
Peel and evenly cut potatoes vertically. Wash them in water thrice to remove as much starch as possible.
Step 2
Add cold water to the bowl of potatoes and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
After half an hour drain all the water and completely dry the potatoes and remove as much moisture as possible.
Step 4
Then add oil, black pepper, mixed herbs (optional), red chilli flakes (optional), paprika (optional) and mix well.
Step 5
Place potatoes in Air Fryer basket.
Step 6
Pre-heat Air Fryer at 200°C (395°F) for 3 mins.
Step 7
Place the basket in the Air Fryer and Air Fry potatoes at 200°C (395°F) for 20-25 mins or till they turn golden brown. Remove Air Fryer Basket and mix Fresh Fries well every 5 mins.
Step 8
After French Fries are done, remove them in a bowl and add salt.
Step 9
Mix well and serve immediately.
