  • 125 grams Heavy cream
  • 50 grams Corn syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat corn syrup and cream in microwave for 90 seconds

  • Step 2

    Pour over chocolate. Let sit for 60 seconds.

  • Step 3

    Stir in slow circles until ganache forms.
