It's also the perfect way to quickly make single serving sized portions of granola (which is especially good for those people like me who completely disregard portion sizes when there is a whole jar of granola available to be eaten). // Pan-toasted Granola Recipe: Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan (I use @h2coco), then add 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp each of buckwheat, raw mixed nuts and raisins, and 1 tsp each of sesame seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and rice malt syrup/honey/maple syrup.
