ingredients
- 2 pounds chuck roast, cut into chunks
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 green chili
- Handful of parsley
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- Saffron oil spray, optional
Method
Step 1
Finely chop onion, red bell pepper, green chili and parsley in the mini chopper (squeeze out all the water).
Step 2
Then grind your meat with all the spices (except sumac), oil and garlic.
Step 3
Combine everything together, add sumac and mix well. Now shape kabaobs on your skewers, and spray with the optional saffron oil. BBQ or Bake them at 400 degrees for 12-13 minutes on each side.
