ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup oat flour, (or rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons melted chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate chips, (or 15 grams)
Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 360 Fº.
Step 2
If using rolled oats, blend oats into flour. In a bowl mash 1/2 banana and combine with oat flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate, vanilla extract and baking powder. Add milk and stir until incorporated.
Step 3
Transfer to an ovenproof bowl and add 3/4 batter, then add chocolate in the center and cover with the remaining batter. Top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
Step 4
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Enjoy while warm.
