  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Spice NUTSÓLA Superfood Mix
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    1. In a food processor, pulse together Pumpkin Spice NUTSÓLA Superfood Mix and water

  • Step 2

    2. Press mix into a lined muffin tin

  • Step 3

    3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes

  • Step 4

    4. Let the base cool at room temperature

  • Step 5

    5. In a food processor, blitz together the almond butter, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, almond flour, almond extract, cinnamon, and sea salt until smooth

  • Step 6

    6. Spoon the almond pumpkin mix over the NUTSÓLA base

  • Step 7

    7. Top with additional Pumpkin Spice NUTSÓLA Superfood Mix

  • Step 8

    8. Set in freezer for at least 4 hours
