  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 heaping tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional, for more sweetness)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Handful of spinach

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add some pure maple syrup if you want it sweeter. Enjoy!
