Healthy eating is simple, or at least simpler than you may think 🙋🏼‍♀️ Here’s a perfect example of how my dinners are most evenings - quick, delicious, filling, nutritious! I steamed broccoli, while cooking organic tofu and a scrambled egg in GF soy sauce, sesame seeds, a touch of peanut butter, garlic and onion. Added all of it to a bowl of rice I prepped on Monday and boom, DINNER in 10 minutes and 1 dish dirty 🔥🙌🏻
