If you follow my instagram stories you might have seen my latest discussion on our current sleep dilemma. 🤦🏼‍♀️⠀ ⠀ Wether it's teething, a mental "leap", hunger, overtiredness, or a million other possible causes, Hemsley is all over the place with her sleeping. What used to be predictable now feels chaotic and we've been feeling the lows of sleep deprivation here in our household. 😓⠀ ⠀ That being said I know that "this too shall pass" and sometimes the best thing is to simply accept the current circumstances and ride the wave. I find when I resist what I don't want to experience (although often inevitable) it ends up feeling torturous versus hard but manageable. 🙏🏻 So, I'm riding the sleep wave that it seems many of you already know about (thank you all for the encouraging messages!! 💗) and in the meantime, I'll be baking some of these Easy Protein Banana Muffins to help get us through!! 🍌🍌🍌⠀ ⠀ (Recipe:
