With the New Year brings new, refreshing, and detoxifying recipes, right?! ?Have you been giving your body some extra healthy love post-holidays? ?Check out this delicious and super easy recipe for a Healthy Berry Chia Fizz that will keep you hydrated and give your digestive system a detoxifying boost! ? ⠀ I’ve partnered with @zevia to create this tasty “fizz” using their Non-GMO Project Verified ???Cucumber Lemon Sparkling Water. The fizzy water is light and refreshing and mixes perfectly with a simple berry chia blend. ?? ⠀ Healthy Berry Chia Fizz⠀ ⠀ Ingredients:⠀ ⠀ 2 tablespoons chia seeds⠀ 4 tablespoons water⠀ 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.) ⠀ 1 tablespoon lemon juice ⠀ 1/2 can Zevia Cucumber Lemon Sparkling Water⠀ ⠀ Instructions:⠀ ⠀ In a small food processor or blender, add the berries, 4 tablespoons water, and lemon juice and blend until you have a smooth purée consistency. ⠀ Transfer the berry purée mixture to a glass and add in the chia seeds.⠀ Mix well to combine and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken. ⠀ Once the berry chia mixture has thickened, give it another stir and then take a large glass and add in a few ice cubes.⠀ Layer in half of the berry chia mixture, a few more ice cubes, and the rest of the berry mixture. ⠀ Then, slowly pour the Zevia Cucumber Lemon Sparking Water into the glass until filled. ⠀ Give everything a little stir with a straw or spoon and enjoy! ⠀ ⠀ #Ad #Zevia #HealthyNewYear #Detoxifying #ChiaFizz ⠀
