Hasselback Sweet Potatoes With Tuscan Salsa Verde
Recipe testing thanksgiving menu. Hasselback sweet potatoes with Tuscan salsa verde. I'm really loving Murasaki Sweet potatoes this season for their striking purple skin and creamy white flesh, pairs beautifully with the briny caper salsa verde. Works really well with regular sweet potatoes too. Incidentally the salsa is not oily as it looks, it's just the light/reflection making it look as if it's floating in oil!! -@nutriliciously
