ingredients

  • 3 piece fresh Bread loaf
  • 100 gram Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic Paste
  • 200 gram Chicken breast boneles
  • 3 teapsoons Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 teapsoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teasopon Salt
  • 1 teasopon Oregano
  • 1 teasopon Chili flakes
  • 30 gram Chopped tomatoes
  • 50 gram Chopped Capsicum
  • 100 gram Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  • Step 1

    Take capsicum and tomato and finely chop them into thin pieces.

  • Step 2

    Grate 100 gm mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 3

    Then finely chop some onion into thin pieces.

  • Step 4

    Cut three slices from bread loaf and roast them on a pan.

  • Step 5

    Heat some olive oil in a pan and add onion in it.

  • Step 6

    Add 1 tsp garlic paste in it and cook1 minute.

  • Step 7

    Add boneless chicken in it and cook until golden brown.

  • Step 8

    Then add tomato paste, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, chilli flakes and salt in it and mix.

  • Step 9

    Add half vegetables and some mozzarella cheese in it and mix.

  • Step 10

    Place this cooked mixture on toasted bread pieces.

  • Step 11

    Add remaining vegetables on it and garnish with grated mozzarella cheese and spring onion.

  • Step 12

    Serve it hot with your favorite sauces.
