Avocado Fried Egg Toast with Dill

  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil
  • 1 slice bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
  • 1/ 2 avocado, mashed
  • Hemp seeds
  • Lemon, juiced, to taste
  • Fresh dill


  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium. Fry the egg until whites are set and yolk is still runny, 3-4 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Spread cream cheese on toast. Top with avocado, egg, hemp seeds, lemon juice and dill.
