Base

  • 200 g pitted medjool dates
  • 120 g almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • salt

Caramel Filling

  • 100 g almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • salt

Topping

  • 100 g HU Almond Butter + Crispy Quinoa Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 teaspoons almond butter

Method

Base

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients together until sticky. Press into a lined 6-inch square dish and chill in the fridge

Caramel

  • Step 1

    Combine ingredients till creamy then pour over the base. Smooth over and chill for 10 minutes.

Topping

  • Step 1

    Melt chocolate bar with coconut oil. Pour over the caramel and swirl in 4 tsp of almond butter
