  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons mixed spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, clove, vanilla powder, mace
  • 200 millileters liquid

  • 1/3 banana
  • Chocolate
  • Almonds

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan cook all the ingredients until tender. Add your chosen toppings and enjoy.
