ingredients

  • 320 grams oat milk
  • 30 grams hot water
  • 1 1/5 grams matcha powder
  • 10 grams pistachio paste (100%)
  • 15 grams agave sirup
  • 50 grams whipped cream (vegan)

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the hot water with the matcha powder using a matcha whisk until you get a smooth and clump free mixture. Add the pistachio paste and mix again to a smooth paste. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    Froth up the oat milk to your desired temperature. In your glass add the agave sirup and the pistachio matcha mixture and slowly add the hot oat milk. Give it a mix so you have an even distribution.

  • Step 3

    Add the dollop of whipped cream if desired and enjoy. It also tastes amazing without the whipped cream and simply with the frothy milk foam.
