ingredients
- 320 grams oat milk
- 30 grams hot water
- 1 1/5 grams matcha powder
- 10 grams pistachio paste (100%)
- 15 grams agave sirup
- 50 grams whipped cream (vegan)
Method
Step 1
Mix the hot water with the matcha powder using a matcha whisk until you get a smooth and clump free mixture. Add the pistachio paste and mix again to a smooth paste. Set aside.
Step 2
Froth up the oat milk to your desired temperature. In your glass add the agave sirup and the pistachio matcha mixture and slowly add the hot oat milk. Give it a mix so you have an even distribution.
Step 3
Add the dollop of whipped cream if desired and enjoy. It also tastes amazing without the whipped cream and simply with the frothy milk foam.
