3/4 cup almonds, ground or roughly chopped
3/4 cup macadamias, ground or roughly chopped
1 cup coconut shreds
pinch of sea salt
a little vanilla and cinnamon
1 tbsp powdered erythritol (you can also use a stevia or maple)
3 heaped tbsp soft coconut oil
Preheat oven to 325F (160C).
Combine everything but the coconut oil in a bowl, and mix together so ingredients are evenly distributed. Then add coconut oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring half way through.
