ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour or all purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups plant milk
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all the above ingredients in the blender or in the bowl. Set aside for 5-10 min.

  • Step 2

    Preheat your griddle. Melt 1 tsp vegan butter or coconut oil on the griddle and pour 1/3 cup of batter on to the pan to make your pancakes.

  • Step 3

    Cook on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 min. Enjoy with pure maple syrup, fruits and coconut whip.
