The rain is setting in and I just took this loaf of my famous Honey Oat Banana Bread with a chocolate twist (add 1/4 cup cacao/cocoa like I did!) out from the oven. a wholesome one-bowl-wonder that freezes beautifully in slices and is as easy as mix and bake.

Ooooooh yes sir! This recipe is a winner! Creamy Pumpkin, Caramelised Onion & Pine Nut Pasta Bake! Sounds hard but it's dead easy and ridiculously good. the pumpkin and onions are caramelised until soft and sticky then blended silky smooth with a dash of stock and folded through some 'al dente' pasta with spinach and pine nuts and topped with stringy mozzarella and a good dose of sharp and bitey Parmesan and baked until bubbling and gooey this is next level!!

My Nonna gave me a bucket load on Sunday and they're just so sweet and refreshing! I made my pudding and smoothie with goodies from @thesourcebulkfoods, the best ever almond milk @almomilk and @pomlifeau dried arils the focaccia recipe is also on the blog now and it's a must-make! Only 6 ingredients and totally customisable. happy day guys
