Matcha Raw vegan cake! These colorful desserts were so delicious and the raspberries on top and the chocolate crust compliment the unique flavor of the matcha perfectly. Hope you are all having a lovely day!

Raw Vegan Matcha Cake


Crust:


1 cup almonds


1 tbsp cacao powder


3-4 soft pitted dates


1-2 tbsp agave nectar


Process in high until dough forms, press in tart tins and place in the freezer.


Filling:


1 cup soaked cashews


1/2 cup coconut milk


1/4 cup coconut oil


3-5 tbsp coconut sugar


2-3 tsp Pure-Ma-Cha (matcha) from @we.are.cultured


Blend everything in a blender until smooth and creamy, pour over the crust and freeze for at least 6-7 hours. Take out of the freezer 15 minutes before eating.
