Fresh peaches make the perfect addition to summer cocktails like this Spicy Sparkling Peach Margarita. Sweet peach is complemented by spicy jalapeño-infused tequila.

ingredients

  • 1 whole peach, pitted and cubed
  • 4 ounces jalapeño-infused tequila
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce hot honey
  • Sparkling water

Method

  • Step 1

    Muddle peaches, tequila, lime, and hot honey until the peaches are fully “juiced” and the add to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously!

  • Step 2

    Strain into tajin rimmed glasses filled with ice (you can double strain for less pulp). Top with sparkling water to the rim and garnish with jalepeño and peach slices
