- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tablesp White Sugar
- 4 teaspoo Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoo Salt
- 1/2 teaspoo Vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
Preheat the waffle maker.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a hand mixer until they are fluffy.
Step 3
Combine the flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla with the eggs and mix it until it turns into a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Use a nonstick cooking spray or butter to grease the preheated waffle maker. Pour the batter onto the hot waffle maker. Cook until the top is golden brown. Enjoy it immediately or wait for it to cool down.
