ingredients

  • 60 gram Milk
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 1 Cheese slice
  • 25 gram Sugar
  • 60 gram Cornstarch

Method

  • Step 1

    Add sugar into the egg yolk, Add milk, Add cornstarch and mix evenly.

  • Step 2

    Cook on high heat. Add in 1 slice of cheese. Stir while cooking on high heat and cook until it is thick and creamy.

  • Step 3

    Pour into bowl and freeze for 4 hours or more. Cut into cubes. Spread egg yolk on them

  • Step 4

    Bake at 230 C For 15 mins
