ingredients

  • 250 gram Flour
  • 125 gram Butter
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 300 gram Cream cheese
  • 6 gram Cornstarch​
  • 176 milliliter Cream
  • 60 gram Sugar

Method

  • Step 1

    Rub the butter with flour and sugar.

  • Step 2

    Once it become breadcrumb like consistency add the egg yolk.

  • Step 3

    Knead until well mixed. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Once chill, press it into the tart mold and Bake it inside 180°C oven until light brown.

  • Step 5

    Let it cool completely. Mix cream cheese, cornstarch and sugar together.

  • Step 6

    Once mixed add the cream little by little and mix.

  • Step 7

    Pipe into the tart and freeze for 4 hours.

  • Step 8

    Brush with egg wash and bake in 210°C oven until desired colour.
