"Rose flavored cold dessert beverage loaded with vermicelli, sweet basil (sabza/takmaria) seeds, milk, ice cream, nuts and rose syrup. It is our family favorite dessert. Sometimes we just have this as dinner if we have very heavy lunch. Which is just an excuse to have some falooda I guess. I will be including this as one of our Diwali dessert! It is gluten-free and can easily be made dairy-free by using any dairy-free milk and ice-cream!"
