ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 1/2 oz blue cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • pinch of pepper

Method

  • Step 1

Put mayonnaise, sour cream, and yogurt in a large bowl. I used this mixture because cheese and mayonnaise are fatty, so yogurt (especially Greek) will perfectly enrich the flavor but will not increase the fat content.

  • Step 2

Add a minced garlic clove to enhance and emphasize the flavor of the cheese.

  • Step 3

Then, transfer blue cheese crumbles to the mayonnaise and yogurt mixture.

  • Step 4

Add a pinch of fresh black pepper. Mix everything well.

  • Step 5

It tastes best when the flavors mix. To enjoy the full flavor, I recommend making it 1-2 days before use.

  • Step 6

To enrich the flavor further, add chopped parsley or one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. However, this is optional because the combination of garlic, sour cream, and cheese is ideal. Enjoy!
