Raspberry & Nectarine Galette With An Oat Flour Crust
Oh em gee. I forgot how much I loved gallettes.<br> The crust is made out of 1 cup oat flour, 1 heaped Tbsp coconut fat, 1-2 Tbsp brown cane sugar, 1 tsp vanilla paste, pinch of salt, 2 Tbsp ice cold water and 1/2 egg. Rolled out on more oat flour, topped with Nectarines and Raspberries and Baked at 180°C until golden brown. I painted some maple syrup over the crust in between baking to give it some shine.
