- 12-14 medjool dates, depending on size
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter for to fill each date
- 200g chocolate
Method
Step 1
Pit the dates and fill each one with peanut butter, then arrange them on a lined loaf tin so that they cover the base evenly. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with an inch of water in on a low heat, then pour over the dates and place in the fridge for an hour or until set. Cut into slices and prepare to fall in love with your new favorite treat!
