ingredients
- 2 tabelspoons sugar
- 2 tabelspoons boiling water
- 1 can liquid from chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
- 1 cup oat milk
Method
Step 1
Strain can of chickpeas into a bowl to use the liquid from the can. Use a handheld electric mixer to whip them until fluffy.
Step 2
Meanwhile boil water and pour two tablespoons in a bowl with sugar and butterfly pea powder to dissolve.
Step 3
Once the aquafaba (chickpea liquid) is frothy, add in the blue bowl of sugary goodness. Fill two mini small jars with oat milk and ice and spoon the frothy blue on top. You can also make this with an egg white if you don’t have chickpeas!
Step 4
Garnish with some edible flowers like violet or if you have butterfly pea flowers
