ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocao oiwder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 baking soda
- 1/2 salt
- 1 monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 vanilla extract
- 1 red food dye
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablepoons oat milk as needed for batter
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Step 2
In another bowl with an electric mixer, mix butter, Monk Fruit In the Raw until fluffy. Add one egg at a time. Add the vanilla and red food dye.
Step 3
Stir in the dry ingredients. Add milk if it’s too dry. Roll into balls and cover in powdered sugar. Bake fro 15-16 minutes!
