ingredients

  • 1 cup nasturtium flowers
  • 1/4 cup nasturtium leaves
  • 2 cups white wine vinegar
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Method

  • Step 1

    Place flowers, leaves, and any other herb in a jar. Add vinegar. Cover with lid. if it’s metal, put a piece of parchment or wax paper in between.

  • Step 2

    Steep for 2–3 weeks. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Store in a cool, dark place.
