ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablepoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1 bag earl grey tea

Method

  • Step 1

    In a saucepan, heat up 3/4 cup of oat milk with lavender and a bag of earl grey tea. Slowly bring to boil, and remove from heat and steep for 20 minutes. Strain and let cool.

  • Step 2

    Add chia seeds (2 tablespoons per cup of milk) and chill for four hours, stirring every hour to ensure no clumping!

  • Step 3

    Garnish with a violet!
