ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 can aquafaba
  • 1 teaspoons butterfly pea powder
  • 1 cup oat milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Strain can of chickpeas into a bowl to use the liquid from the can.

  • Step 2

    Use a handheld mixer to whip them until fluffy.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile boil water and pour two tablespoons in a bowl with sugar and butterfly pea powder to dissolve.

  • Step 4

    Once the aquafaba (chickpea liquid) is frothy, add in the blue bowl of sugar, water, and butterfly pea powder.

  • Step 5

    Fill two mini small jars with oat milk and ice and spoon the frothy blue on top. Garnish with violets or other edible flowers.
