ingredients

  • 2 cans Blackberry Spindrift
  • 1/4 cup lavender lemon syrup
  • 3/4 cup gin

Method

Snow cones

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a freezer safe bowl and freeze for 5-6 hours. Use an ice pick or a fork to break up the ice. With the amount of gin put in, it won't completely freeze and you will have a gin slush!!

  • Step 2

    Garnish with a lavender sprig and whole blackberries.

Lavender Lemon Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon culinary grade lavender
  • 1/2 whole lemon

Lavender Lemon Syrup

  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the lemon. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep 20 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Strain out the lavender buds, and add in the lemon when completely cooled.
