ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons elderberry jam
  • 2 teaspoons elderberry powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup white chia seeds
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup coconut smiles

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine jam, elderberry powder, maple syrup, and almond milk in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Gradually stir in chia seeds so that they are distributed evenly.

  • Step 3

    Pour mixture into two bowls, mason jars, or whatever serving dish you prefer, and refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight (preferred).

  • Step 4

    Before serving, garnish with banana, pecans, and coconut, or your favorite toppings. Or just eat it plain, it's good that way, too!
