Elderberry Chia Pudding

- 2 tablespoons elderberry jam
- 2 teaspoons elderberry powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon maple syrup
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/ 3 cup white chia seeds
- 1/ 2 sliced banana
- 1/ 4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/ 4 cup coconut smiles
Combine jam, elderberry powder, maple syrup, and almond milk in a bowl.
Gradually stir in chia seeds so that they are distributed evenly.
Pour mixture into two bowls, mason jars, or whatever serving dish you prefer, and refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight (preferred).
Before serving, garnish with banana, pecans, and coconut, or your favorite toppings. Or just eat it plain, it's good that way, too!
