ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup white chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons mashed adzuki beans
  • 1 handful of sliced almonds
  • 1 handful of coconut smiles

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt almond butter in the microwave for 45 seconds or until it stirs smoothly.

  • Step 2

    Combine almond butter, maple syrup, and almond milk in a bowl.

  • Step 3

    Gradually stir in chia seeds so that they are distributed evenly.

  • Step 4

    Pour mixture into two bowls, mason jars, or whatever serving dishes you prefer. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight (preferred).

  • Step 5

    Before serving, garnish with favorite toppings. Tip: use a cookie dough dropper to make pretty scoops of the mashed adzuki bean.
