I recently got Shay turned on to chili cheese corn chips and realized how delicious the flavors would be in a cheese dip. What better way to use Tomato Love Original and the Chili Starter? It was perfect and so fast. I love a good chip and dip for game days, but I'm also using this queso to smother my enchiladas tonight! YUM!

ingredients
- 1 can (14.5oz) Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (10 oz) Tomato Love Seasoned Diced + Crushed Tomatoes Chili Starter
- 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Kosher Salt, to taste.
- Black Pepper, to taste.
- Tortilla Chips, to taste.
Method
Step 1
Heat Tomato Love Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Love Chili Starter in a large pot. Bring to a boil, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Reduce heat to low. Add cheeses, sour cream, and chili powder. Cook until all of the cheese is melted, stirring often to prevent burning. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish.
Step 3
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
