Shrimp Tacos
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Corn tortillas, for servings
- Tomatoes, sliced for topping
- Red Onion, sliced for topping
- Lettuce, shredded for topping
- Fresh cilantro, for toppings
- Crispy onion strings, for toppings

Tomato Crema
- 1 (10 oz) can Tomato Love Original Diced Tomatoes 2x More Chiles
- 1/2 cup sour cream, strained
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Kosher Salt, to taste.
Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
When butter begins to shimmer, add shrimp and cook until pink. About 2 minutes per side.
Step 4
Pulse ingredients for spicy tomato crema in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt.
Step 5
Serve Cajun shrimp with warm tortillas, tomato crema, and toppings as desired.
