THE GROCERY LIST

1 (8 ounce) jar sun dried tomatoes

1 (14 ounce) block extra-firm tofu
1 dozen eggs
1 (8 ounce) package sour cream or coconut cream
1 (14 ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 (32 ounce) carton chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) packItalian blend cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 pound hot Italian sausage
4 (4 ounce) skin-on salmon fillets

Feedfeed Tip When you are making crispy tofu, be sure to press out any excess moisture and use cornstarch to coat the tofu  before pan-frying it to give it a nice crunch.
