ingredients
- 3 chopped sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Fatworks duck fat
- 1/2 cups chopped herbs
- 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 tabelspoons garlic paste
Method
Step 1
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite sized cubes.
Step 2
Add the oil, garlic, herbs and spices and mix well. Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper if cooking these by themselves
Step 3
Place them into the oven, preheated to 400, for about 20-30 minutes, depending on how soft you like them.
