Enter the Peach Moscow Mule a delightful variation that infuses the traditional Moscow Mule with the sweet, juicy essence of ripe peaches and a fresh, herbal touch of fresh mint, that combination makes it one of my favorite summer cocktails.

ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces peach puree
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 1/4 ounces simple syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
Method
Step 1
Prepare the Peach Puree (If Using Fresh Peaches) In a blender put slices of fresh peach with water, lime, and simple syrup, or use peach nectar.
Step 2
Fill the Copper Mug with Ice, add vodka, peach nectar, or puree already made, and top with ginger beer.
Step 3
Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of fresh mint, and Serve
