- 1 block soft tofu
- 1 1/2 cups pastry flour
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (each) optional spices (such as garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, dried rosemary, za'atar, curry powder, chili flakes or cayenne), adjusted to taste
- 1 tablespoon (each) optional chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, cilanto, or dill), adjusted to taste
- Neutral oil, for baking
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the tofu and pastry flour together until a dough forms. Season with salt and any spices or herbs you like.
