Pepperoni, Roasted Fennel, Garlic And Castelvetrano Olive Pizza

We've included a link to our favorite pizza crust. To make this version by @minskitchen, add sauce and cheese of choices and top with roasted fennel (slice, season with olive oil and salt and pepper and roast in a 425˚ F oven for about 30 minutes), sliced olives, sliced garlic, pepperoni and a few fennel fronds. Once you have added your toppings of choice, bake pizza in a 450˚F oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Enjoy!
