ingredients
- 190 FAN
- 1 aubergine, sliced in half and deeply scored

Sauce
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 2 teaspoons sake
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
Step 1
Brush the aubergine with neutral oil and bake in oven for 15 mins. Remove from the oven and smother on sauce with a spoon
Step 2
Bake for another 12-15 mins until bubbling and toffee colored.
Step 3
Remove the dish from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Enjoy with rice.
